Britain and the US are starting a cyber attack war games exercise. If you were a terrorist and responsible for devising the most shocking attack ever on Europe and America, what would you do?
Bear in mind that it would have to innovative and you'd have to keep things tight and small to reduce the risk of being discovered. Aviation's been done, as have ships -- USS Cole and, going back a bit, the Atile Lauro (sp?).

The big fear these days is the use of Drones, pack one of those with 20lbs of Semtex and fly it through a window in Downing St or Chequers or Buck house.
A lot of the other stuff; shopping centres etc, also it seems that the authorities are worried about is the kidnapping off the streets of a policeman or squaddie and a filmed execution!

Screw the whole southeast and take a load of people in one go, though strictly, two, possibly three.
Bomb bridge and two tunnels at Dartford.
Car bomb with single nut job driving would eliminate all three. Impossible to police due to volume of traffic.

I have noticed that when you get the cross channel ferry into Portsmouth, the ferries manouver and then berth metres away from the Royal Navy ships lined up in the dockyard.
A terrorist could easily high jack a ferry, say a wave piercing fast ferry with the pointed hull, as it comes into harbour, ram it into the side of a multi million pound destroyer or one of the new aircraft carriers (if they are finished!) and write it off in one foul move.... I thought this about ten years ago when the ferry I was on came within about 20 metres of HMS Invincible... I think one of the ferries accidentally hit a RN ship and caused much damage about 5-6 years ago.
Would be very easy to do and I am amazed that the security is so lax.

I would target Switzerland.
I would instigate a campaign of public graffiti daubing and turning over their litter bins. I would enter their municiple buildings and knock the paintings on the walls slightly askew.
I genuinely believe this would perplex and agitate them to a state of incapacitation.

I'd invest in a drugs company to create a drug that renders people infertile that can be then put into my enemies water supplies without any trace of being found.

Anon, I used to work on cruise ships, before 9/11 any cunt could walk on but the security now is up with airport security now
